Deadline for show entries is 8:00 P.M. Monday prior to the show date. Team and individual cancellations must be received Wednesday 12:00 p.m. prior to the scheduled show start time and substitutions must be made at least 48 hours prior to the show. This will make the morning of the shows go much more smoothly and all shows should then be able to start on time.
